iterative design
Design through revision
Iterative design is a method of developing products, software, or systems through repeated cycles of prototyping, testing, and refinement.
Rather than attempting to perfect something before release, iterative design embraces incremental improvement: Each round of user feedback shaped the next iteration.
The approach assumes that flaws will emerge through use and can be addressed in subsequent versions.
