hydration packs
Backpack with bladder
A hydration pack is a backpack or vest with a built-in water reservoir and drinking tube, allowing hands-free hydration during physical activity.
Hikers, cyclists, and runners use them to drink without stopping: I filled my hydration pack before the trail run.
The reservoir, often called a bladder, typically holds one to three liters.
