Board spins laterally
A heel flip is a skateboarding trick where the rider kicks the board with their heel while jumping, causing it to flip lengthwise beneath them before landing back on it.
The heel flip is distinguished from its counterpart the kickflip, which uses the toe edge instead: He finally landed a clean heel flip after months of practice.
