handwarmers
Portable pocket heat
Handwarmers are small packets or devices designed to generate heat for cold hands.
Disposable versions contain chemicals that produce warmth when exposed to air; reusable types use gel packs or battery power.
They slip into pockets or gloves: I always keep handwarmers in my ski jacket.
Also spelled as two words: hand warmers.
