Fist strikes downward
A hammerfist is a striking technique using the bottom of a closed fist—the fleshy side opposite the knuckles—delivered in a downward or swinging motion like swinging a hammer.
Common in martial arts and self-defense, it's effective for close-range strikes: She brought a hammerfist down on his collarbone.
