gulper
One who swallows
A gulper is someone or something that gulps—swallowing hastily or greedily in large mouthfuls: The dog was a gulper who inhaled his food.
In marine biology, gulper refers to deep-sea eels with enormous mouths capable of swallowing prey larger than themselves.
The gulper eel's expandable stomach accommodates these oversized meals.
