gas bag
Never stops talking
A gas bag is a container holding gas, especially the inflatable compartment of a balloon or airship.
More commonly, gas bag is an insult for someone who talks too much—a windbag, full of hot air: Uncle Frank is such a gas bag at family dinners.
The metaphor connects endless talk to inflation.
