flag football
No-contact pigskin sport
Flag football is a version of American football where tackles are replaced by pulling flags from opponents' belts.
Without the violent collisions of tackle football, it requires less protective equipment and carries lower injury risk, making it popular in recreational leagues, schools, and youth programs: We play flag football every Sunday in the park.
