fitness trails
Exercise paths outdoors
Fitness trails are outdoor paths equipped with exercise stations at intervals along the route.
Users jog or walk between stations, stopping to perform prescribed exercises—pull-ups, sit-ups, balance challenges—using installed equipment.
The concept combines cardiovascular exercise with strength training in a natural setting.
Also called parcourse or vita course trails.
