fire spinner
Burning baton artist
A fire spinner is a performer who manipulates flaming props—poi, staffs, hoops, or fans—in rhythmic patterns, typically at festivals, raves, or street performances.
The practice combines dance, circus arts, and flow arts.
Fire spinners often work with fire-safety gear nearby and fuel their wicks with lamp oil or white gas.
