finger spinner
Rotating desk distraction
A finger spinner is a small handheld device with a weighted center bearing that spins between thumb and finger.
Also called a fidget spinner, it gained massive popularity around 2017 as a toy marketed for stress relief and focus, though schools often banned them as distractions: Every kid in class had a finger spinner that year.
