fancomic
Unofficial illustrated continuation
A fancomic is a comic created by fans using characters, settings, or storylines from existing media—video games, anime, TV shows, novels.
Like other fan-created works, fancomics exist in a gray area of copyright but thrive in online communities where creators share interpretations of beloved fictional worlds: She posts her fancomic on Tumblr every week.
