encroacher

One who trespasses

An encroacher is someone or something that gradually intrudes on another's territory, rights, or domain.

The word carries connotations of unwelcome advance—an encroacher doesn't belong where they're moving: The developer was seen as an encroacher on protected wetlands.

Wildlife encroachers cross into human spaces; human encroachers do the reverse.
