busybody

Uninvited advice-giver

A busybody is someone who pries into or meddles in other people's affairs.

The word carries disapproval—busybodies offer unsolicited advice, spread gossip, and insert themselves where they don't belong: The neighborhood busybody always knows who's visiting whom.

The busy- prefix suggests misplaced energy, someone occupied with everyone's business but their own.
