yielder
One who concedes
A yielder is someone or something that yields—that gives way, produces, or surrenders.
A crop can be a good yielder; a person who concedes in an argument is a yielder.
The word appears most often in contexts of production a high yielder or submission not much of a yielder when it comes to negotiations.
