electrical burns
Shock-induced tissue damage
Electrical burns are injuries caused when electric current passes through the body, damaging tissue along its path.
Unlike thermal burns that affect only the surface, electrical burns often cause extensive internal damage—the entry and exit wounds may appear minor while muscles, nerves, and organs between them suffer severe injury.
