dried cranberries
Dehydrated red berries
Dried cranberries are cranberries that have been dehydrated, typically sweetened to offset their natural tartness.
They're used in trail mixes, salads, baked goods, and cereals much like raisins: I tossed some dried cranberries into the oatmeal.
Sometimes sold under the trademark Craisins.
