downdog
Inverted V stretch
Downdog is a yoga pose—short for downward-facing dog—where the body forms an inverted V with hands and feet on the floor and hips raised high: Hold downdog for five breaths.
The pose stretches the hamstrings and shoulders while building arm strength.
Also written as two words: down dog.
