declarers
Those who announce
Declarers is the plural of declarer, one who declares.
In bridge, the declarer is the player who wins the contract and plays both their own hand and the dummy's hand: The declarers at neighboring tables all went down on that hand.
More generally, a declarer is anyone who makes a formal statement or announcement.
