coworker
Fellow staff member
A coworker is someone you work with—a fellow employee at the same company or organization.
The term is neutral about hierarchy; your coworker might be a peer, a supervisor, or someone in a completely different department.
Also spelled co-worker.
I'm grabbing lunch with some coworkers.
