continueth

Does not stop

Continueth is an archaic third-person singular form of continue, using the -eth ending that was standard in Early Modern English.

It appears most familiarly in the King James Bible and other texts from that era: Blessed is he that waiteth, and continueth to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days.

Modern readers encounter it primarily in religious contexts, Shakespeare, and deliberately archaic or formal prose.
