congregational
Member-led church style
Congregational describes things relating to a congregation—a gathered assembly, especially of worshippers.
A congregational hymn is sung by the whole church, not just the choir.
Congregational polity is a form of church governance where each local congregation is self-governing and independent, rather than answering to bishops or a central authority. (Capitalized Congregational refers to Protestant denominations organized this way.)
