compromisers
Those who concede
Compromisers are people who reach agreements through mutual concession, or who settle disputes by finding middle ground.
The term can be neutral or slightly disapproving—describing either skilled negotiators or those too willing to abandon principles: The compromisers in Congress brokered the deal.
History rarely celebrates the compromisers.
