summiteers
Those who ascend
Summiteers are people who participate in summits—high-level meetings between heads of state or other top officials.
The term often carries a slightly journalistic or informal tone: The summiteers gathered for a photo opportunity before negotiations began.
Less commonly, summiteer refers to mountaineers who reach a peak's summit.
