color vision test
Hue discrimination exam
A color vision test assesses the ability to distinguish colors, typically screening for color blindness.
The most common type presents circles of colored dots with numbers or shapes hidden within them, visible only to those with normal color perception: I failed the color vision test at my driver's license exam.
