color-grading
Adjusting film tones
Color-grading is the process of adjusting the colors in film, video, or photography to achieve a particular look or mood.
It goes beyond basic color correction—which fixes technical problems—to create deliberate aesthetic choices: the teal-and-orange palette of action films, the desaturated bleakness of post-apocalyptic settings.
The color-grading gives the whole film a warm, nostalgic feel.
