coldspot

A coldspot is an area with notably lower temperature than its surroundings, or a location with weak or absent wireless signal coverage.

The term mirrors hotspot but indicates absence rather than presence—whether of heat, cellular reception, or Wi-Fi connectivity.

There's a coldspot in the basement where my phone never gets service.

In paranormal contexts, coldspots are claimed to indicate ghostly presence.
