clan war
Family group battle
Clan war refers to organized conflict between rival clans—family groups, tribal factions, or their modern gaming equivalents.
In mobile and online games, especially *Clash of Clans*, a clan war is a scheduled battle between two player groups competing for resources and rankings: Our clan war starts at midnight.
The term also applies to feuds between real-world extended families or criminal organizations, where violence passes between generations.
