chord chart
Guitarist's quick reference
A chord chart is a simplified musical score showing the sequence of chords for a song, typically with chord names written above lyrics or arranged in measures.
Unlike full sheet music, chord charts don't specify individual notes—they assume the player knows how to voice each chord.
Musicians use them for quick reference when accompanying singers or jamming: Just follow the chord chart and you'll be fine.
