center seats
Spots between aisles
Center seats are the middle positions in a row, flanked by others on both sides.
In airplanes, the center seat in a three-seat configuration is notoriously undesirable—no window view, no aisle access: I always try to avoid the center seat on long flights.
In theaters or stadiums, center seats may be the most coveted for their direct sightlines.
