aisle seats
Edge theater positions
Aisle seats are the seats in a theater, airplane, or other venue that border the walkway rather than being sandwiched between other seats.
They offer easier access to exits and restrooms, and more legroom for stretching: I always request an aisle seat on long flights.
The preference for aisle versus window seats divides travelers.
