cash games
Real-money card play
Cash games are poker games where chips represent real money and players can join or leave at any time, cashing out their chips for whatever they're worth.
This contrasts with tournaments, where players pay a fixed entry fee and compete until one person holds all the chips.
I prefer cash games because I can quit whenever I'm ahead.
