cardshark
Poker table cheat
A cardshark is someone highly skilled at card games, especially one who uses that skill to win money from less experienced players.
The term carries a hint of sharp dealing or hustling—a cardshark may not cheat outright but plays with predatory cunning: He lost three hundred dollars to some cardshark at the casino.
