Driver-above-engine design
A cab-over is a truck or vehicle design where the driver's cab sits directly over the engine rather than behind it.
This configuration shortens overall vehicle length, making it useful for urban delivery trucks and European lorries where length regulations are stricter: The cab-over design lets you fit more trailer behind it.
Also called cab-over-engine or COE.
