butt stomp
Aerial seated attack
A butt stomp is a video game move where a character jumps and slams downward rear-first onto enemies or obstacles below.
It's a staple of platformers: Mario's ground pound is basically a butt stomp.
The move sometimes breaks through floors or triggers switches.
Outside gaming, any forceful downward sitting motion might be called a butt stomp.
