buck-toothed
Front teeth prominent
Buck-toothed describes someone whose upper front teeth protrude noticeably, projecting forward over the lower lip.
The term is mildly derogatory, often used in teasing or caricature: The cartoonist gave the character a buck-toothed grin.
Buck teeth can result from genetics, thumb-sucking, or jaw structure, and are commonly corrected with braces.
