booping
Playful nose touch
Booping is the playful act of gently touching or tapping something, most often a nose.
The word emerged from online pet culture, where people narrate lightly pressing a finger to a dog's or cat's snout: I couldn't resist booping her little nose.
The term has expanded to any affectionate, gentle poke, whether directed at animals, people, or even inanimate objects with appealing features.
