blind man's buff
Blindfolded chasing game
Blind man's buff is a children's game in which one player is blindfolded and tries to catch the others, who scatter and tease from just out of reach.
The blindfolded player must identify whoever is caught by touch alone.
Buff here is an old word for a light push or tap—the contact between seeker and sought.
