Blind drawing is a technique where the artist draws a subject without looking at the paper, keeping eyes fixed on what's being drawn rather than the hand.
The method trains hand-eye coordination and encourages capturing essential forms rather than fussing over details: We started class with a five-minute blind drawing exercise.
