attendees
Those who came
Attendees are the people who show up at an event, meeting, or gathering.
The word emphasizes presence rather than participation—attendees at a conference may sit quietly through presentations, while attendees at a wedding witness the ceremony.
The attendees filed into the auditorium.
We're expecting about two hundred attendees.
It's the standard term in professional and organizational contexts for counting or addressing those present.
