all-hands

Every single person

An all-hands is a meeting where everyone in an organization or department is expected to attend, typically called by leadership to share important announcements or discuss company-wide matters: The CEO scheduled an all-hands to announce the merger.

The term comes from nautical usage, where "all hands on deck" summoned every crew member.
