alerters
Those who notify
Alerters are people or things that alert—that warn, notify, or call attention to something.
The term appears most often in technical contexts: software alerters monitor systems and send notifications when something goes wrong, while in organizations, alerters are those responsible for sounding warnings: The early alerters saved lives by warning residents before the flood hit.
