active members
Currently involved people
Active members are participants in an organization who regularly engage with its activities, as opposed to those who merely hold membership on paper.
The term appears across contexts—clubs, unions, churches, professional associations: The chapter has fifty active members who attend meetings.
Active membership often carries voting rights or other privileges that lapsed or inactive members lose.
