YouTube Shorts
Brief mobile videos
YouTube Shorts is a feature on YouTube for creating and viewing brief vertical videos, typically under sixty seconds.
Launched to compete with TikTok, Shorts emphasizes quick, mobile-friendly content with its own dedicated feed and algorithm: I've been posting YouTube Shorts to grow my channel.
The format favors snappy, attention-grabbing clips over longer-form content.
