Texas hold 'em
Community card poker
Texas hold 'em is the most popular form of poker, in which each player receives two private cards and shares five community cards dealt face-up on the table.
Players make their best five-card hand from any combination of their hole cards and the board.
The game's blend of incomplete information and betting strategy has made it the standard format for major tournaments: He learned Texas hold 'em watching the World Series of Poker.
