TV time
Couch potato's allotment
TV time is a designated period for watching television, especially as regulated for children: You've had enough TV time for today.
It can also refer to the scheduled broadcast moment for a program or event: The game's TV time is 7 PM Eastern.
In casual use, it simply means leisure spent in front of the screen: I need some TV time to unwind.
