T-ball
Preschool batting game
T-ball is a simplified version of baseball for young children, typically ages four to seven.
Instead of a pitcher, the ball rests on an adjustable rubber tee at home plate, allowing batters to hit a stationary target: My daughter's first sport was T-ball.
The game teaches basic skills—hitting, running bases, fielding—without the difficulty of tracking a moving pitch.
