St Andrew's Day
Scotland's patron festival
St Andrew's Day is Scotland's national day, celebrated on November 30th.
Andrew is the patron saint of Scotland, and the day marks Scottish heritage and culture with festivals, traditional food, and ceilidh dancing.
It's a bank holiday in Scotland, though observance is more muted than St Patrick's Day celebrations in Ireland.
We're having haggis for St Andrew's Day.
