Skip-It

Don't bother, then

Skip-It is a children's toy from the late 1980s and 1990s—a plastic ring worn around one ankle with a cord attached to a spinning ball.

The player skips over the cord with the other foot as it swings around, counting revolutions.

Later versions had counters built into the ball.

The toy inspired a catchy jingle: Skip it, skip it.
