Ohms law
Voltage equals current-times-resistance
Ohm's law states that electric current through a conductor is directly proportional to voltage and inversely proportional to resistance: I = V/R.
This fundamental principle of electrical circuits means that doubling the voltage doubles the current, while doubling the resistance halves it.
Using Ohm's law, we calculated the current at 2 amps.
